New Focus

I have gotten my life back on track (in the process of) today and it feels great! I visited TCC (Tarrant County College) and have been omitted into their facility, however, theres more to it than that. I also went to UTA (University of Texas at Arlington) to see how to move forward with a degree. Originally it was going to be advertising, but now it is undeclared till I can figure my situation out. I'll find out what degree I can get with all the classes I have taken and schools I have transferred from. I'll find out what that is on Monday, before work at 3pm. So things look to be progressing smoothly so far. So if all goes well I'll take the classes I need to take for the Fall at TCC. Redirect my degree at UTA and be ready for the Spring all before I know it. In the mean time I have to figure out if the job I have is worth keeping. I am the "assistant manager" at bcbg and work great hours but the drive is killing me with gas. So if these paychecks don't shape up, I will have to find another alternative. Better pay and closer to home.... which might change by the end of August since my lease is up. We'll see... I still have to figure out my financial aid too. So much to do, so little time.

well I am off to hunt for apartments.

Drivers Test

It is now 456am and I JUST finished my Drivers test online. Why so late? I have been taking it on and off. It is timed and I read the material pretty quickly and can't move forward till the count down is zero. On top of that, most of the information I already knew. Why I took the test was for my speeding ticket. I have been dealing with this for MONTHS and the due date for all my information and passing of the test is next month so I am just trying to make sure I am ahead of the game.

I took the test once and out of the 20 questions I missed 8. I can take it up to 3 times to improve my score but the information will change a little bit each time. I will admit, being tired and just brushing it off as nothing made me miss that many questions. The second time around I only missed 1 so I got my focus back on.

now it is time to take care of my next speeding ticket. My attorney who is handling this case better know what he is doing. I paid him enough for him too. hopefully it can be dismissed. I DO NOT want it on my record. That is the main goal. He said it should all be resolved by September. We now play the waiting game...

barns and noble

I am disappointed in barns and noble here at stonebriar mall in frisco texas. I checked it out to see their gay section. 1. it wasnt labeled. 2. it was 90% about lesbians. 3. filled maybe three shelves. To add to my mood it was surrounded by the religion books and it was at the bottom shelf between Criminal Minds and Cultural studies. Across from it was all materials about the military. I am not one for religion or military matters.

I know the nook, ipad, galaxy touch whatever you call it all have digital books but I like the paper pages, the cover art, the smell and seeing uf its worth the read. its sad to see my alternative Borders file for bankrupt. now where do I go. I find the internet to be clutter and more if a pain than a solution.

I have sooo much on my mind, so much to say that I want to share with the world!
But that would defeat the purpose of having multiple blogs. I'll try and keep it short and sweet
